hello, ive seen a few fabia vrs for sale with a quickshift on them some from a ttrs, i looked at the forge one and it said it dont fit the fabia. Just wondered if anyone as got one to there car or knows somebody thats as. Pictures would help if they have to mod it to fit.

There isn't a short shifter for the fabia because of the way the rods pass over each other if I remember rightly.

You can do it the DIY way though of cutting down the length of the gearstick.

This is correct I've had lengthy discussions with Forge Motorsport and they said theres nothing they can do. :(

Well I've never seen this mod before.

Cool link, I'm deffo going to do this mod.

The Vrs's gear stick is like changing gear in a transit and after driving my mates MK5 Golf GTI I wanted a shorter gear stick.

Now I can.

Did this mod today, took about 40 minutes, went for an 1 & 1/4" drop.

What a difference in drive, much better.
