I've only ever seen two.

One white one in Inverness a couple of months ago and one black one in Royston earlier this week on Tuesday.

Saw my 3rd vRS yesterday (since last September).

A black one with dark wheels and very dark windows just outside Brighton.Wheels had a fine red line around the rim which looked ok but not my taste.

Roll-on my Race Blue one please Skoda!

Seen one other VRS Same as mine, out on the A90, gave each other a nod on the way past! Saw one Green vrs with silver alloys a Black one and the ex demo up here in Aberdeen! So a few, but still not many! I seem to be the only young person with one up here anyway!

Maybe about 2 or 3 Gti's, a heap of A1's and 3 or 4 Bocca's ... someone along the road at work owns one.

I've seen a Rally paint scheme hatch in Redcar, Cleveland and a customer of our shop in Guisborough has a green hatch!

Other than these two I have yet to see another on the roads.. not seena single estate yet so I feel I may be fairly unique in my area for a while.

Why is yours a "combi" in the UK? Is it left hand drive?

I havent seen any round my area so im guessin im the only one :wonder: When i went back to the dealers in chesterfield though i did spot 4 driving around within an hour so chesterfield must be a hot bed for the fabia vrs lol

I'm rarely down York way either Wibb, but the times I do head that way I will have my eagle eyes in.

In fact in the 1300 miles I've done to date I have not seen another one!

there`s always My link made famous by Jezza on Top Gear.That tells you how many registered cars there are of each make/model etc....although its not area specific and I dunno how accurate it is,its still rather addictive

I think we need a Fabia vRS Spotting thread... ive done around 1200 miles now and ive only seen 1 green pre MY12 in tesco's ashford. But see the old ones every where

To be fair the Mk I vRS is no oil painting either but looks like that didn't put you off buying one....

Actually managed to spot one on the other side of the motorway on Saturday.

Was driving on M25 near the A1M about 11 am and saw a 11 plate Black one on the other side, the DRL's make it instantly recognisable. I think the plate started HX11 - but not 100% sure.

So the only 2 I have seen in 6 months have been on the other side of a motorway passing me !

I was quite impressed with the shape of the estate with the vRS trim.

Live in South Oxfordshire and have seen a white hatch, a blue hatch (that happened to be the dealer demo I drove!) and a black MY12 estate. Our dealer has sold on a used white 11 plate estate but i've not seen it lurking. Quite enjoying owning a rare car!

insurance on these is extremley cheap for young drivers. im 22 n pay 700 fully comp compared to a type r or clio cup which was nearly 2k. never seen one around my way or an ibiza cupra. 2 polo gtis though.

I'm 20 and pay 700 so i'm on the same boat as you. MILES cheaper than the VXR Racing I was looking at (2.5k for insurance). Although I do prefer the seats and a few other things in the VXR, the VRS is a no brainer. More economical, faster (apparently due to gear changing - human vs computer) and a hell of a lot rarer! I also find because of that (and if your like me and bought a nice bright green one) that a lot of heads turn (had a guy in a porsche at a set of lights eyeing it up the other day ).

Seen a couple of Cupras, 1 Gti and about 4 or 5 VRS's ... White estate with Black wheels/Red hatch with black roof and wheels/ Green with black roof and silver wheels and another Green the same as mine (possibly x2 but i'm sure it was the same one twice) and a white hatch with black roof + wheels. All very nice!
