Found a link for you, changing door glasses ain't too bad a job.. just take your time on it and you'll do fine.

If your Fabia is a 2001 (going from your details) the carrier is bolted rather than riveted. It is quite straightforward and as long as you are methodical you should be fine!

All went well no rivets needed drilling, just grab a few plastics keepers before you start as it is inevitable some will break, the only thing to watch for when removing the inside metal panel is the connection from the doorlock knob to the lock/central locking mechanism, a very flimsy piece of plastic at the mechanism end is what holds a decent size gauge metal rod, the other end of which becomes your doorlock knob, top left hand corner, the glass goes in best from the outside, just take your time as was suggested to me and it was sound advice, thank you all :)
