Mine is rattle free now since i fixed the pipe that was causing the rattle by vibrating and touching the chassis.

I cured mine with a bit of car cleaning sponge and a cable tie. The car only rattled when at tickover and on a cold engine. When heat gets to the plastic fuel pipes they get more pliable and don't rattle.
