Engine mount stretch bolts for an ASV engine

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am thinking about doing a cambelt change this weekend, and figured I should probably replace the stretch bolts on the engine mount as I did not change them last time around, and I have no idea if the dealer who I bought the car from changed them either (non Skoda place).

However looking on VAGCAT I am not sure which ones I need (plus I can't remember the arrangement from a couple of years ago when I last did the change). So could someone in the know help me out with some part numbers?

I am going to order some for collection from the Skoda dealer in Yeovil as my backup plan if TPS in Yeovil won't serve me as an end customer....

Car is question is 2001 110 TSI ASV engine.

Thanks,

Matt

right, I phoned a dealer, and after initially confusing him for a few minutes and him wanting to fax me a picture for me to select the bolts I wanted, he has offered up the following:

2 x N90712403

1 x N10328002

1 x N10209605

for the cost of £9.96 (inc VAT).

Does anyone have any idea how much (if any) cheaper TPS would be for these?

Also can someone confirm these are the correct bolts.

Oh, they quoted me £15/litre for Long Life oil.

No idea on the bolts I'm afraid, but I am fairly sure I paid under £30 for 5 litres of Longlife oil from my local TPS.

I am going to see if the Yeovil TPS is customer friendly on Friday.....
