My mate has just got a new vrs, bright yellow. I liked them before, but having now driven it and gotten use the was it works I like it even more. Speed wise it's not far behind my 200bhp MK 1. Just be prepared for an insult on trade in lol.

Took a drive to Henrys in Glasgow today & think that the Octavia VRS is just too big a car for me. I saw a Black Fabia VRS that was sold & must admit I was really impressed. It had the black grill & badge at the front which I think looks so much better than the chrome. It had the std alloys, I felt it would have looked better with the black ones.

I have emailed a few of the dealers in Scotland & they are all struggling to find cars available. One dealer told me that there are only 12 fabia vrs currently available on this deal in the UK. Unfortunately, he didn't tell me where they were :(

OK, well thanks to information received from Devon VRS Man. I have ordered a new Candy White VRS with Black Roof, Black Alloys, Bluetooth & 3 Spoke multifunction steering wheel from Murray Skoda in Plympton. Getting £7000 PX on my VRS SE & it should be with them in around a fortnight.

As I have taken this on the 0% APR 0% VAT Deal from Skoda Finance do I automatically get the 3 years free servicing as well? If this is the case I'm assuming that I can get the servicing work carried out at any Skoda Dealer? An 8 hr drive seems a bit excessive for a free service :-)

In order to qualify for the finance offer it has to be a stock vehicle & it has to be registered before the end of this month. They had a choice of 3 yesterday that were at port in White with Black Roof & Alloys. This one I'm getting, one with no extras & with with everything including the kitchen sink with a red interior - I didn't even ask how much, as it would have been considerably more then the one I'm getting

Indeed, have called a dealership who have / are getting a demo that would suit me, so they are looking into this & will hopefully contact me tomorrow. However, not 100% sure but think they might have to keep it for 3 months before they are allowed to sell?

The Derek Slack one, if its the one on their website its not new so wouldn't qualify for the finance offer.

Have found a fully loaded white one with black roof & alloys but the dealer is only offering me £6000 for mine & as all the kit on it brings it up over £15K with the discount its a bit much for me to have to put in another £1000.
