Lots and lots of threads about this here. Basically, you have problems with wiring nodes corroding and you may very well also have a water ingress problem (it is possible that the electronic control box under the front passenger seat is sitting in a pool of water, this is very bad for it). You need to look under the front passenger seat for water that will have run under there through a dodgy pollen filter seal. Reversing sensors are a common problem, sensors fail. I have not bothered to replace mine as they are about a £100 each.

I had problem with interior lights - it was due to water ingress and the ecu had failed - as Fred said above. I have read on here many times that people have been able to buy cheap (ie non Skoda) reversing sensor kits and use these. Fortunately, the last time mine died I was still covered by extended warranty. However, for the water ingress my local Skoda dealer was not much help and I had to contact Skoda. I actually emailed Skoda Czechoslovakia - and Skoda uk got in touch almost immediately (I quoted some bragging from their own website about customer service etc - which seemed to have helped). Good luck with it

but what did SUK then do? - did you get anything off them other than kind words and mock concern?

Actually Skoda UK were very good. They told me to take it back to the dealer to get it stripped and dried, and they (SUK) would foot the bill - which they did; i did point out to them that any damp/corroded wiring could, potentially be a fire risk (my car has, eg, heated front seats - which need a lot of current). However, the dealer was still a disappointment - they promised to show me pictures of the wiring loom etc to prove it was all dry - but they didnt. Car seems to have been fine since.

so i have been given 6 months waranty by trader in Luton but he said its for mechanical problems , do i still go to Skoda dealler and demand it to get it done or .....?

by the way my Superb is 2002-Reg will it mater ?

I would say that firstly you need to confirm that it IS a problem caused by water ingress. If so - then try contacting Skoda UK (although - not sure what they would do - if anything). I think each case is probably dealt with "on it's own merit" - ie depends on age of vehicle, and depends on how much fuss you kick up!
