Hi everyone,

My Octavia VRS 2006 has yet again started saying the boot is open (when it's not) and i have found the dreaded washer hose is still leaking after preious "fixes" and i am unsure how to stop the sensor saying it's open??? is it a new lock for me? or other part? I have had this before but it was in warranty then so unsure what they did to sort it. vSorry if it is a silly question. :-)

I'd take it back and ask them to fix it properly this time, and as they never did it right when it was under warranty you want it doing for free!

Did anyone come across a solution to this one?

My boot sensor had started to go off when I went over speed ramps but it beeps now if I go over a pothole or even if I brake any way hard.

I'd really appreciate if anyone could share experience on this one...

Suffice to say that my head is fairly melted with the constant beep going off!
