chipping fabia 2 vrs

Featured Replies

Hi Folks,

Can anyone help with this question, can a Fabia vrs mark 2 be chipped, I am not talking about a great hike in preformance round about 20-30% on the bhp and torque, the reason that I am asking is I have heard that the the new 7 speed DSG twin dry clutch gearbox can't handle anymore torque than the 250Nm that it has as standard and some other reports say it can handle more torque, has anyone chipped a Fabia vrs mark 2 and can say for sure what the outcome is,I hope someone can help with this.

Many thanks,

danny69.

My brother has a mk2 fabia vrs, which he has had remapped by revo, it now has 210-215bhp not sure about the torque, and it now absoloutly flies, he says its totally transformed the car

Yes it can be remapped.

Have a look at the various threads by janner_Sy as he has had his done by Shark Performance. A company I'd thoroughly recommend.

Thanks for that, will have a look at Revo, once I collect the car from the Dealer, the usual wait on delivery but should only be another week.

Cheers, danny69.

Thanks for that I will have a look at the threads by janner, sounds good, you can never beat a bit more preformance over standard.

Thanks again, danny 69.
