I'm off to sfs hoses today to see about them using me car to mock up a hose kit for the vrs.

Just curious if anyone else would be interested in this kit when its avalible and also would people only want the performance hoses such as the boost hoses etc. Or would people be wanting all the hoses?

coolant hoses or the the bit from the turbo > intercooler ?

I want to get all of the hoses done. From the Turbo to intercooler and also the screenwash hoses for example. Like a show engine bay in effect. but some people may only want the hoses for the performence pipes such as the Turbo intercooler part.

yeah iam not into showroom effect yet due the engine look overall.

right well just got back from sfs and after a long chat with them the results are as followed.

initially their going to make a like for like boost hose kit consisting of the four 'elbows'.

also going to get a piece made with a boost guage point.

the guys they use for their intercoolers are going to look at my car and measure up for a larger intercooler and get that fabricated for me.

at this point we may also have a look at the possibility of changing the route of the intercooler pipes so they dont run right on top of the exhaust. will just heat tape if not possible.

finally il be having a coolant pipe kit made up but depending on the interest i can drum up will decide if this goes into proper production or if its going to be a bespoke jobby.

im not sure of any prices as yet but will update as soon as i know. obiviously prices will be reduced if i can get enough people into a group buy.

The clips that hold the pipes on the vRS are a complete PITA.
