Changing fifth gear spur at Octavia TDI

I heard that it is possible to extend the fifth gear by changing the fifth spur in the manual gearbox on Skoda Octavia. Mine is 2006 1.9TDI BKC motor, I do not know which tipe of manual transmission I have, but it has five gears. Where can I check that?

What is the procedure (I heard it is relatively simple) for changing the spur and where can I get information which spur do I need?

Currently it is doing cca. 95 km/h with 1900 rpm-s, if possible would like to have 105 km/h, since I am driving mainly on highways. Or would be the gap from fourth to fifth gear to big?
