Hi guys, im new with TDI's.

I guy has a black one and when he changes gear it goes off, i have a standard one and obviosly does not make this chtatter. Do i need to buy a recird or soomething and where do i look??

Oh really lol, sorry about the spelling. My blackberry is tiny and cannot see didley squat, i know on petrols you can replace the standard recirc valve (dump valve)with upraded forge one. Giving me the flutter sound!!

So is the only way on my vrs tdi, is to get a uprated exhaust?

You can get a bit of flutter and owl noise from doing a mufflerecttomy, search it and you will see. Simply involves cutting out the backbox and replacing with a straight through pipe

PD doesn't have a wastegate, plus a DV and wastegate are different things doing different job.

Plus I'd say don't remove your back box on a standard turbo only a decent hybrid, the standard affair really doesn't like being overspun.
