Fabia VRS or Leon 150 TDI

Featured Replies

Just one thing (as a father of 2!) - my three year old in her car seat needs more legroom than any adult (short of Giant Haystacks !).

When they're toddlers, they sit in their car seats, but their legs aren't long enough to dangle down into the footwell.

This means they sit with their legs straight out.

I can nip around town in the fabia with both kids in the back, but nobody is really comfortable. Same with my previous motor - seat toledo (same as Leon). huge boot, but very limited space in the back seats.

I'd deffo go for an Octavia ! Or at least, take your child, child seat, buggy etc. on the test drive. Seat belt buckles in the rear of the fabia are a nightmare to access.

Try the new Octavia with the 140bhp 2.0TDI engine... New Ambiente is around

I understand there is a new Leon out later this year. Values on the old (existing one will drop accordinglly) so I would definitely go for the Octavia if the Fabia isnt big enough.

Fabia roof bars fit fine onto the VRs, got a bike rack on mine.
