Gauges

Featured Replies

I'm considering installing a couple of gauges (Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio and Water Temp) but don't know which is the best spot.

On the side beam I feel they will be a distraction and right above the cup holders below the center console box they will probably obstruct.

Got any ideas? Have you fitted a gauge? And where?

Thnks guys.

Just above the vents in the centre console slightly angled towards you?

That will probably raise an issue with visible cables

Looks good might need some modification to fit?

Defo some custom work will probably make this look almost factory installed.

To be honest I wouldnt have them on the steering cowl...

At least not for air/fuel and a temp gauge that need little monitoring. Id see it as more of an obstruction.

If they are on the steering area would this affect the air bags in any way ?

No, they would just be attached as part of the cowl,

connected on the plastic surround of the steering column.

ah okay.

Good luck with it.
