Before I go off to the dealers, can't help on the phone,- I have a 2011 VRS with Columbus sat nav system. When putting in new address, the country is always just Europe, cannot enter England, France etc. Is this correct?

Also when entering new address, then going to Points of Interest, just get "Please wait" which stays on for ages. So I have to turn it all off and restart.

Put your home address in and save it as home, then it should come on in the UK every time after that

Yes, it's absolutely correct not to let you enter "England" as a country, any more than any other nation of the UK... :-)
