As title, my windows and mirrors are dead , what fuse or fuses need changes?

38 & 11 maybe? Although 11 sounds like it might be for the dimming function. :S

You've missed 46 and 58 and the fact that the problem sometimes has nothing to do with the fuse you think it might relate to. If both mirrors and windows aren't working it might be something else - but don't ask me what! (Could be failed connectors/broken wires)
