I have seen a 55mm lowering kit for the Fabia and I was wondering if anyone could show me a picture of one lowered 55mm?

i am lowered 45mm, 55mm i recon would be to much and you would hit the underside of your motor way to much:( look at my other topics of pics:)

If you try going 55mm on springs it'll be awful and bounce everywhere. If you get coilovers then you'll have no issues.

As mentioned if your going 55mm then you really need to change the dampers as well so either springs and shocks or coilovers.

I know when dropping below -25mm dampers are needed.

Just wasnt sure if -55mm would be low enuf for me.

Is it 55mm for the vrs, or 55mm for standard and 30mm for the vrs?

As previously mentioned. Tom (tas) says you will be no where near the floor with 55mm as another person suggested. Im all the way down on coilovers front and back and have no issues.

As Matt also mentioned, check if the listing is for vRS or standard fabia as the vRS is lower (although i can see how as the arch gap is horrific)

If i were you id post up a link to the set your looking at, let a people on here have a look and you will get a better perspective. Plus someone may already have it and know an exact answer for you

I'm on supersports 55mm springs with standard shocks and it bounces all over the place. Handles a lot better though.

I'm down 55mm at the front and 45-50mm at the back on one of the last Bilstein kits made for the VRS back in 2004!!

They are springs and shocks - going to be up for sale once I get some coilovers
