Spa 4/10/11

Featured Replies

Anyone else doing this? I'll be combining a week end at the ring with the Spa track day on the following tuesday. Looking forward to exercising my tuned pd 130 engine on this trip. Should be interesting how my diesel compares to my mates Porsche GT2 on the 1300+ mile road trip. I think he'll have the edge (lol) on me while out on track but with my fuel range he he'll be slowing me down on the road lol!

Hope it keeps dry for ya it's a brill circuit,a few mates will be there shimmy and Duncan in csl's

Just been out that way myself.

Was with someone on a motorbike which was annoying having to stop for fuel all the time.

We managed 44 mpg going and 47 mpg coming back.

Nothing much past us and this happened on the Autobahn:

Spa was epic ! Probably the best short circuit i've ever been on.

Went to the ring for the weekend and the Monday, was at Spa on tuesday. I remember the Blue corrado as it went like *uck ! Proper fast ! Sounded awesome too!

It looked well finished especially on the inside. Spoke to one of the drivers who told me it was making 400+ bhp which i can believe. One guy seemed to be the mechanic ( colured chap) who was checking the oil and topping it up when i was chatting. When i asked who built the car i was told Jabba sport which explained the amazing speed.Didn't see anything else going as fast past the pits all day including my mates yellow GT2!The car was talked about in the pits believe me.
