hello my mate has a 03 vrs with 106k on the clock it has no codes but it sits to low on idle about 780 rpm when warm and makes the car shake abit . We have put new plugs in and has made it better but 780 seems to low could it be a air leake ? thanks for any help

Coolant Temp Sensor failure is the most likely cause of poor idle. 780rpm idle is about normal.

ah not thought about that one and all my other 1.8ts have been about 850 ish

Aircon on or off?? Tick over is lower with the aircon off

air con off mate
