got a wierd tapping noise sounds like coming from water bottle side

could it be the tappets ? or something else

anything i can put in the petrol to quiet them down if it is

only realy noticed the last couple of days

Thats normal, don't worry. The clicking noise is coming from the black unit next to the water bottle. All its doing it recycling the petrol fumes back to the fuel tank

No worries, you should notice it more when the car is idling.

I know some people remove this part of the system as its not crucial, just another emissions device that they put on cars these days!
