Thinking of getting VCDS but on the Rosstech website there are several different versions HEX-USB+CAN Interface, HEX-COM+CAN Interface, Micro-CAN Interface,KII-USB Interface.

Which is the one I would need. I have a 2005 Fabia vRS but in the future will get an Octavia so I would like one that will be future proof and usable on a wide range of VAG cars.

I would get the HEX-USB+CAN Interface.

But you could always send them a quick email saying what car(s) you want to use it on. That way you 100% know its the right one.

Found this absolute nugget of data by accident: 2026 SDSs for lots of suppliers For anyone not familiar, Section 3 has the key active (aka dangerous) ingredients, Section 9 has the properties such as pH, look, scent, boiling point etc

Hello people, I got a 2011, VRS a few days ago. Primarily for a long trip. Seems decent so far, but I want to add power, music and just get things working. I have a few issues/questions. Hoping these are common and easy for experienced here, I have been trawling forum, maybe I have missed some stuff. The head unit did not display. The touch screen worked but there was no display. Hi .As the title really,no air comes through the face vents despite trying a recalibration several times. Is this something an interactive ( right description?) code reader can check? If the flap actuator has failed I shudder to think how inaccessible that might be! Thanks.

65 Reg Octavia estate All my other windows work ok but on the driver's door window I have to hold down the button until the window is fully open. A quick press of the button closes it just fine but opening is the problem. There's no info in the manual that helps I can't help thinking I've had this problem before and somehow solved the problem but I can't remember how. My online research suggested holding the button down until it opened fully and continue holding for a few seconds, then closi
