It's not low risk either...

A is the best, F is the worst.

According to that most of Bromley is pretty bad.

Must be why ours is fairly cheap for our ages.

Ours is B for YO32.

Worst in York is C.

You don't have to move to the middle of nowhere. ;)

It's A rated in the Essex villages too.

Yeah, but thats essex :p

Clean License

No accidents or claims in the last 5 years

Drive approx. 10K a year

Only me drives the car (10-plate Petrol VRS DSG)

Modifications: re-mapped (Shark), lowered (Weitec coilovers), Windows from B-pillar back tinted, 19" alloys.

I am nearly 40yrs old with 12yrs no-claims, work in Health & Safety, married. Live in a small village roughly half way between Glasgow & Edinburgh.

Just had a quote from eSure (my current insurer) of £600 and that includes a £400 excess.

Seems a bit steep to me.

Clean licence, 10 hrs no claims, 34 hrs old and 32yr old wife on policy. Fully protected with business use and 8000 miles a year in an octy vrs estate 58 plate is costing me £290

Looks like I'm paying too much aswel. 34 and the mrs is 32 both have fill no claims and zero accidents or points. Paying £560 02 plate octy vrs ?? Ch5 post code too

£449, S35 postcode, 30y/o, 8 years NCB, 0 points, all mods declared and covered. Brentacre Insurance.

£575 FC

26 Years Old

9 Years Driving

9 Years NCB

BB5 Postcode

I can get £250 on a superb 3.6 V6 parked on a driveway in south Cheshire. It's similar for all superbs. That's on go-compare

£700 FC from a dodgy Gibraltar-based company....but that's only because I'm 24 holding a licence for only 4 months :p

Only just switched to my vRS in the last 4 months of this current policy.

31yo (+31yo wife)

4 years NCD

13 years licence held

Cat C postcode (average I believe)

No mods, parked on street, £150 excess

With the breakdown cover included, based on the remaining 4 months I've pro rated the insurance out to be in the region of £800. Expecting this to change when I shop around!

£375 With Class one business use, £250 excess, 25k per year , legal protection, protected ncd, WA5 postcode, Insured with LV
