fabia v6?

Featured Replies

just an idle thought i had earlier, i wonder if anybody has put one of the 24v vr6 engines into a fabia before? i bet its fairly straightforward

i think same reason as no one really does it to an otcy, 204bhp out the box the 2.8, and a pretty heavy lump, has tuning potential but has to be supercharged or turbo'd to make any decent power, and space would be limited for that in the fabia. Would sound immence though, and im sure a doner mk4 4 motion can be picked up for peanuts now.

If they can squeeze them into a lupo then anything is possible

i'd like to have a go at doing it tbh, but i need to find an old snotter of a fabia to use, something around £400 to tear to pieces.

indeed there are a few old 1.4 8vs getting cheaper dont often come up spares or repairs though,
