Please can anyone advise me on how to replace the drivers side vent 'shutters'. Is it a complicated procedure requiring removal of some of the trim around it, or can you just prise the vent out and replace it. The left hand side was replaced by a Skoda dealer when brought the car, but now the other side has collapsed.

I presume we are talking about a Fabia 1.4 tdi here, if that is the case the air vents just prise out by carfull levering of the top and bottom at the sane time, use a piece of cardboard under the lever to save marking the dash.
