Hi all, I got a call from my dealer yesterday(pat at annesleywilliams) to make sure I was pleased with my new 2week old superb and to ensure it was doing all it was supposed to be doing,he also thank me for doing business with him! I mention this because having bought five new cars over the last 12yrs I have never received a follow up from my salesman! My question is this"is this skoda policy or just great service from my dealer?"

As a warwickshire dealer i can only speak for what i do, I phone every one of customers and do the same thing, We here Arbury dont just forget about our customer once a car is sold, i am there contact for everything from a service to advice.

So happy that there are other dealers out there doing a great job.

you mean welcome back to skoda :) i had two octavias before and never got this level of service.thumbs up for skoda.

My dealer wouldn't return my calls, didn't call me when the car arrived and hasn't called to see if everything's ok.

Not bad for the no 1 dealer in the UK.
