Where is the egr valve? 1.4 16v ...I`m lost :(

Hi, I have been getting the egr insufficient flow error, Ive cleaned the throttle body but have no idea where the egr valve is for me to remove and clean, I`ve read descriptions but still dont get it....does anyone have a pic or even a basic drawing?

I`ve looked into what engine I have and I believe its the AUB version, my car is a 2001 1.4 16v Fabia, I`ve downloaded all the pdf`s off the mediafire site but none of them are for the AUB engine :(

Even a basic drawing in ms paint will do :)

If after cleaning the EGR(front right of the engine I think as you look) the light comes back on soon after it will be worth cleaning the pipes out that run from it, the garage I bought my fabia from ended up doing this as after fitting a new valve the light came back on 10 miles later(they had just tried cleaning it before, lasted 6 miles), seems the previous owner liked lots of slow/short runs and she was coked up good and proper

thanks now i see it, how do you get it off? and is the sensor inside?
