Seat Question...

Featured Replies

Hi everyone...

I do a lot of motorway miles everyday and for the last week I've been having quite bad lower back and lumbar pains. The seat is up right and I sit back in the seat and don't slouch.

Does anyone else have any problems or found this, I think it's possibly the seat as it has no lumbar support adjudstments.

I'm quite tall- 6ft 4. (Has this got anything to do with it)

Is there anything else I can do to help :)

Thanks.

At least I know it's not just me! I don't want to be messing around and spending money on an interior! I've seen th lumbar cushions that can be brought... Have you tried these?

Thanks.

I used to get the pain (but I'm only a wee 5'7).. But I have short legs, my top half is "normal" lol.

I worked out I actually needed to tilt the seat back, back a bit... after a certain tipping point, as the seat back comes up it actually takes the lower part away from the base.. I moved the seat a click closer to the pedals and tilted the seat back a bit to compensate and since then, no back pains...
