My driver side seat belt latch is playing up, how easy is it to replace.

It's one bolt, although you'll have to take the seat out to replace it. To remove the seat you'll need an M10 spline bit. If you haven't got one, eBay is probably the cheapest place to get one.

Thanks for the info, thought that might be the case. Any idea where I might get a hold of a seatbelt latch apart from going to a dealer. I live well up country in Scotland and nearest breakers is 100miles away.
