Anti roll bars

Featured Replies

Ok need front anti roll bars and bushings. But which ones ? It's a mine field with all the different diameters and manufacturers. Advice please. Thanks.

Assuming a vRS, Superpro for the 19mm bar.

You'll need to physically cut the existing collar off the bar as well as remove the bushes.

Std front bar is 19mm on the vRS.

SuperPRO are a nice one to go for in that size. They are a direct fit so long as the bushes you have on are not the old type with the plastic sleave. If so you'll need the new type clamps for them as there is a spine on the new ones to prevent them poping out.

Never heard of cutting the collar off the bar tho?

Pn are in the sticky.

If your on about uprating FARB then the R32 23mm bar is the one most go for to match up to the 25mm / 28mm rear ARB. Don't bother with the 23mm front if you only have a 22/24mm rear. You'll just make the car understeer more. Stick with the 19mm front.

Hi was thinking of R32 front and neuspeed 28 mm rear. Does this sound about right ?

Yup spot on that, some say the 28mm is a bit too much and the 25mm is better match but TBH I have that setup, along with some other stuff lol and its bang on.

Good choice

Ok R32 FARB ordered from Mike at Awesome along with superflex 23mm bushes hopefully that will sort out clonking from front end. Will have to wait untill next week untill funds permit ordering Rear 28 mm neuspeed bar. So it's understeer city for a week lol.

if you need the new style bushing clamps gimme a shout as I have a spare set ordered in error

I think the FARB is coming with new clamps and bushings but will let you know when it arrives cheers

Good choice! Put the 28mm bar on the middle setting.

Makes the car much more driveable. B)
