In other news, ordered a new drivers seat base foam to cure the final issue I had with the car, in on Tuesday, so I'll be attempting it some time next week!

Well, got my car back from Simpsons yesterday after some more warranty paint work; the hatch was starting the rust just below the handle.

To my surprise they've painted the entire hatch! So as well as that rust being sorted, the scratches have gone, my spoiler is now non-chipped, red and lacquered, the rear wash pipe has been reconnected, and I have a new Skoda badge! Top marks for effort for Simpsons!

Since the badges were on less than 24 hours I decided to whip them off!

Fingers are hurting now, but it's all done :D

Well, well, well... has it really been this long?

I guess life has just taken over. I've not really done much just put fuel in it and drive it! Oh, and paid some more child benefit. Crystal must have had another kid since last time as it's gone up...

Currently just ticked over 55,000 miles and is going very well. I'm hoping to spare some days this summer to give it a much-needed good polish. Just need to find the time!
