I have a Fabia VRS on an 06 plate.The passenger seat stiching has come away,is there any wires to disconnect.The seats aren't heated.Can anyone help?.

Having taken the seats out about 20 times (sound deadening) the only wire i disconnected was for the multi-changer, unless you had one fitted as an extra there shouldn't be any other wires. Apprently you should disconnect the battery so it doesnt set off the air bags or something like that but i took both seats out forgetting to do the battery and nothing happened.

And watch out for them damn seat bolts, made of toffee. Stripped one and had to tap a thread insert into it which was a pain.
