Trying to plan my winter wheel setup, I have a set of 17" Octy Spiders in the shed which would be good for winters, however in the near future I will be upgrading from 1 pot 312mm brakes to LCR Brembo 4pots with 2 piece 330mm discs.

Will the 17" Spiders clear the 330mm discs?

I would imagine they would clear 323mm though?

only with 5mm spacers. Some say 3mm is enough but not if you have sprayed them.

The 323mm discs are ok mate, I've just got the std LCR stuff on and its ace. When usin spacers I found out to use same on front and back as the car is very very twitchy and naf to drive if not.

Also some et35 wheels don't fit neither. My TD pro race 8x18 et35 don't fit without spacers. They just rub on the new green paint.

Awesome brakes tho.

The spiders do clear the compbrake 335mm kit but I think the brembo callipers are bigger.
