Battlefield 3 - PC

Games just brilliant. There is server control. No ****ty killstreaks or gimmicky modes. Its just simple total warfare. B) (sadly I mostly suck at it but great fun all the same  )

You have to play as a team, which I like, coming from playing Team Fortress 2 lots. Everyone has their roles to fill, and you have to support your team.

Tried again today on a friends server. Didn't play long. Felt, well , a mess. Got loads of awards though, but no idea for what. Fun for 10 mins maybe.

I hope maybe the BF2 maps coming with the Return to Karkland DLC will help a little. But EA/Dice wont care about development now they have your cash:(

Also had a go today of this years version of COD. I have no idea what one though as it looked the same as all the rest. This is coming form a hardcore COD'er, again its all about the kids.

A control panel does not constitute server control. Gimme my binaries:)

Not sure why it "felt a mess". :wonder:

Feels extremely slick and well made to me, have not had any issues at all, little to no lag, guns feel nicely balanced, progression of unlocks/levels is excellent so far. As with any FPS learning the maps is paramount to success. :)
