Hello!

Been popping back here for advice for a few months now and finally signed up.

I own a 1.3 Felicia which has been off the road for about 18 months now and I can't bear to part ways with it. It's been sat in my garage for most of that time occasionally getting a random new part here and there.

I'm slowly but surely working my way through every problem I've identified and hopefully I'll get it back on the road in the next year. Took it off the road in the first place as I couldn't afford to run it so it's been my project car ever since. My technical terminology is about as good as my Swahili so please be kind! :-p

Hi guys so the bcm on my 09 octavia left the chat recently and I had an auto electric place code in a second hand one for me . The issue I'm having now is when i select side lights the actual side lights only the filament is glowing and the drl in the fogs illuminate. The car never had the drls working prior to the bcm replacement and thr car lock never chirped either. Another issue I have is both door mirrors aren't working and I tries to replace them with an aftermarket set but still no luck.

Since I had the car, every time I drove it, it has had what my wife called a rattling from the doors. I always characterised it as a creak. As the car is otherwise so quiet (especially when on battery at slow speed) it was quite noticable.
