Im looking to get my car booked in for a remap and I notice the freedom members get discounts??

If that's the only reason I wouldn't bother. Just call Unit 18 and get it mapped by them. :)

A FREEDOM member is someone who pays £12 per year to help maintain the site.

Briskoda is run "not for profit" and many of us contribute to keeping it running because we like it and it's helped us with all the info etc...

The main perk for me is it removes most of the adverts on the site and helps a good forum continue to run.

Would you say unit 18 is better than shark?

I don't think anyone has had both maps on the same car to answer that tbh buddy. Each person has their own preference, iv be 100% happy with my map's on standard & uprated turbos, and all the work Ali has done. On top of all that he is honest and very well priced. I'd say it's worth the trip just for his wealth of knowledge all things vag
