Only know that you'll need torx and a good wrench. Those things used to be well threadlocked! - (used to work for a seat manufacturer)

Yep - Its got four BIG torx style bolts. If you move the seat back and forward to its limits you'll see the four bolts inside the rail. Those four are all that hold the seat in, but its enough, more than enough I reckon.

From memory I think the bolts are 40mm ish.

cool thank you devon :D trying to think of the best ways to install this nav unit and its begining to scare me now lol :P

Be very careful that you don't cross-thread the seat bolts when you put them back in. It's easy to do because the nuts are caged, so move around a little. One of mine is totally jammed.

The tray simply clips into place, as does the wiring for seat heaters and airbags.

will make sure i dont cross thread them the best i can then

and im ok i dont have any fancy things like airbags or seat warmers :)

only 10mm...? I thought they were bigger than that. Oh well, you learn something new every day. :D
