Hi, who can tell me rougly how big in diameter is the PD160 intake, Im making my own from silicone hoses and tubing £90 for a bit of plastic, i dont tink so!!

Just make it as big as you can. The 160 intake takes up pretty much all the room available between the head and air box.

Ive bought 3 inch pipe, it will fit just, but it leaves it tight for elbows/45's etc
