Sebastian was in town today and when he pulled up outside Marks & spencers (Llandudno) at 18.40hrs to meet his pit crew he came over to kiss his wife/girlfriend who were stood behind me so i grabed the chance of a hand shake. I'm well chuffed! No pics as my phone battery went flat grrrr! i only stopped to have look on the way home from work.

Ogier had a big moment on the stage around the Great Orme.

It's nice to meet people by chance like that. I've met a few famous people over the years in chance encounters and they always seem more memorable for it.

As for Loeb, I haven't followed the rally all year. Since it went over to Sky & ESPN, I've not been able to watch it at all. This is the first year since I was a kid that I haven't been able to watch some coverage on TV. It's been a big part of my life for years and I'm still gutted about missing a whole season. :'(

Wales has better roads than you Englanders have so that's why WRC comes here lol!

It was funny hearing about local boy racers who were out in force with citron saxo's 1.1's ect looking for a duel with a WRC driver as they drove from the mid wales Forrest stage to the Llandudno service area. Also funny seeing all the top ten WRC teams lined up down my towns high street for the day with business carrying on as normal in the shops.
