Hello from London. Today I took delivery of a new Octavia VRS. This is my first Skoda. I had been shopping around for a while and am pleased I went with the Octavia. It looks fantastic and feels incredibly well put together. Haven't had a chance to take it out of town yet but tomorrow a long drive out Essex way is definitely on the cards. I'm still almost in shock at exactly how much car I'm getting for my money with the VRS.

Hi. Got my first Skoda when I was living in Harlow. You really need to get it on some good roads before the weather gets bad. Think the Met and Essex police have a few of their own vRSs', which I always saw was a good recomendation.

I'ma relatively new octy vRS owner myself and same as you, think the car is truly amazing value and well screwed together... quality and it really does push on when I put my foot down. Great car... good choice I think we made.

Thanks for the welcome messages. Can't wait to put some miles on the clock. The car's entertainment system is also very impressive. Have been filling the HDD with my mp3s. This is a big step up for me from my last car (a 1l metro!)
