G'day from down under!

Hi all!

My name is Jose, and currently living in Springwood Australia which is part of the Blue Mountains.

I have just purchased a second hand 2007 Octavia TDi and am into my second week driving it.

I have always loved Skoda but this is only my first one, previously I drove an Audi 80 and Audi 90, and also currently own a Mercedes C200 w202.

What a lovely car this Skoda is, I wish I could of afforded a VRS but this will have to do for now! :)

Look forward to reading and getting involved in these blogs!

Jose

Hi and welcome aboard.

Hello Jose,

Welcome to the site.

Only a wild suggestion but perhaps if you had got rid of Mercedes and got yourself the VRS instead?emoticon-0148-yes.gif

Octavia is very good choice car, and is more of a family car, as opposed to the the smaller Fabia models.

hahah yeah I probably should of because now I'm starting to get problems with the wiring on the Merc.. damn cheap wiring on these models.. oh well, I know my next car is def going to be a VRS.. :)

One thing i've noticed about these Octavias is that they got a damn big boot! Very good for golfing hehe
