Just swapped my sky + box for a sky hd box. It used to work in the conservatory, but when I plug the wire into the new box in the same socket out put it won't come threw to the conservatory?

Which socket are you using to send the HD box signal to the TV in the conservatory.

if you are using RF out then check that its on and set to the correct channel in the HD box hidden engineer menu (Services, 0,0,1 select. Whilst ignoring whats happening on screen).

Yeah mate Rf 2 it was connected to on the other box so just connected to the same on the new box. What do ya mean set to correct channel?

You need to turn the RF2 socket on in the engineers menu. Google it and you will find instructions
