Would Audi RS6 wheels off a 55 plate Audi A3 fit my octavia

Featured Replies

Would Audi RS6 wheels off a 55 plate Audi A3 fit my octavia? if not i will be needing adaptors i suspect 5x100 > 5x112 is this correct? what thickness of adaptor would i need to make these wheels fit without fouling the arches and how much should i pay for adaptors? i have seen some for £100 approx for just 2 wheels - if you need 2 sets to do the whole car that is v. expensive

any info you can provide would be gratefully received

thanks

There is plenty of rs6 replica wheels about with right stud pattern and offset without getting a set that needs adapters to fit

My H&R adaptors where £360ish for both pairs,

Fk do cheaper versions tho, but as said reps are about

Unless you want genuines but the just workout your offsets :)

My BBS's work out a et30 and are 8x19 with 215/35/19 tyres , i have no issues

so ideally i need an et30 offset? or there abouts? i am only looking for a 8"x18" rs6 5 spoke look alike with some decent tyres. and if i get these i should be able to bolt straight on so long as they are 5x100 pcd?

Ideally your best fit is a et35 8x18

Straight on

225/40/18s and no issues

My 20s where 8x20 225/35/20 and had no trouble , even lowered

Although i do run coilovers :)

i might go for some of those 8x18s in a 35 offset. i can always use some 5mm spacers on the back if i want to give the car a wider stance at the rear. just a thought for these wheels would i need longer bolts? if i use 5mm spacers would i need longer bolts?
