Swing radio question

Featured Replies

When burning a CD do you have to put all the mp3s "loose" into the root or is it ok to keep them in their respective folders?

Cheers!

Folders are fine :) you get options to move between folders

Another question, por favor - I've looked at the unit several times now and I'm struggling to find a pause button. How would one go about pausing a CD on this unit?

One way is to switch to radio, but I also think that the other day I discovered that when lowering the sound volume down to 0 (mute icon appears) then it also pauses the playback. I haven't confirmed that but I have this impression, maybe worth givin' it a shot and reporting! (or I'll do it in 4 hours when I pop back in ;) )

Tried this last night for a few seconds - the sound went off but the song had carried on in the background. I have to say I've never - until now - seen any kind of media playback device with no pause function. Evidently the people at SWING radios are maverick thinkers.

Then its switch to Radio, or even AUX, that's better as it would save you from listening to the silly radio program...

Ehmmm.... Are you sure you did that??? :wonder: I had forgotten about this when today I muted the playback for some seconds and just saw the track being paused! So I shot a short video of this, here its the track paused when volume is set to 0, then palying when volume is raised (from the steering wheel controls), then again paused when muting...

I think you're right, sir. I wasn't familiar with the music that was on which must have confused me. Doh!!
