Having just changed the battery I need to reenter the code for the radio but have not got a record of it. How can i find out what it is?

Contact a SKODA dealer or customer servuce, they should be able to provide it over the phone.

SHould be in the manual. Usually defaulted to 0000 isn't it?

Normally the code is stored in the instrumentpanel. Just wait a couple of days and the problem could be solved automatically.

Maybe even tomorrow. Or just leave your car a while and start it again.

Mine was given as a print from Skoda computer system. Not written is service book as that is kept inside the car, so the theif would get both.

Once you get it,send it to yourself in email, have it on the phone as a contact, wifes phone, dogs collar...
