got my fabia monte today, well impressed! its ace!!!, Got it from the D.M KEITH in Hunslet leeds, nice bunch of chaps, will be using them again if i ever want a new car. guy called steve i would recomend, made it all easy and explained everything and answered any question i put to him..

one quick question though, on the trip computer when im scrolling through there is a 'MPH 20' there if i press reset it goes to '---' its not the average speed or anything, is this somthing to do with my cruise control?

haha im a slow coach!, no theres another screen that does av speed, couldnt see this MPH thing in manual either will have to have a proper look after work...

Its the speed warning, us non maxi dot users have it too you know!

It says mph in an oval and underneath has ---, if you press the button on the stalk on the underside it chooses your current speed and 'pings' and flashes if you go over it

Am not 100% on this but could that not be the winter mode?

If so go into setting and you can turn it off

yeah thats the one

ended up reading the manual, in the manual it is called winter mode though, as winter tyres aint designed to go fast thus you can set the warning as to not exceed the maximum capable speed of the tyres

i love mine too, a step up in class compared to my old corsa 1.2! haha... shame its got so dirty already though... very impressed with the MPG too... so scared about kurbing the alloys though! if you see a red monte parked up in the middle of the road you know its me avoiding defacing my alloys ha.

Panda white, and have only waited 3 weeks. I had had to downgrade from the Octy vRS due to the arrival of my 3rd chip off the block and having to purchase as s-max.

Lookign forward to throwing the little beastie around a bit!

update: i will put some photos on when i get chance to wash it between the rain and wind!! sorry!
