So im sorry to say that my vrs is going to go on sale, have thought about it for a while now, and to be honest its best, with the sports suspension its not great for my 1 year old plus around cornwalls country lanes its a nightmare, the baby car seat takes up to much room in the back, the missues cant drive mine as she cant get insurance, or physically able to! Plus once the pram is in the boot not much else fits. Where im stuck is how to sell it, people talk about taking the mods off but i really haven't got the time to source all the genuine bits plus things like the performance clutch? that cannot be worth swapping back to oem? Its got lush new bbs alloys on, it would seem a shame to swap back to oem again? is there a market for slightly modded cars? The way i was thinking is wouldn't someone come on to the site and do the same mods to my car that i have already done? I'm a bit stuck what to do so any help would be great.

In my opinion, it's not heavily modified.

Not enough to make a big difference by stripping bits off anyway. A 200bhp+ conversion probably would be.

Best option would be to stick it in the Brisky for sale section.

At least people looking there are more likely to want a lightly modified Fabia VRS.

We were im the same situation a couple of years back. Had a focus and a baby on the way and thought right, new car! So swapped to a vectra! Was great at 1st then as my daughter got bigger we swapped the pram to a small quinny then didnt need the room. The vectra lasted a year until i swapped it for the fabia. My advice is keep it but change the pram it much cheaper lol. Plus soon your one year old will be walking and not wanting to go in the pushchair as much. We can get all our stuff in the fabia for a wkend away, pushchair, travel cot, clothes etc, my dog and duvet. I just use the back seat for the dog and duvet. I really love my fabia and cant see me selling for ages, and i normaly swap every 18m-2 yr.

Try it on here as it is, then if you dont have any interest put it back to standard. Although if its as you sig says, tbh i`d stick it on autotrader as it is, just not listing any mods, none of them will look any different to the untrained eye, as long as the exhaust is subtle and the clutch is light.

Clutch is heavy, and exaust isn't really that subtle! I'll get an add made up soon cheers people!
