Hello. I'm Jason and I'm a Skoda owner

Hello to you all. I've just become a Skoda driver. I'm a serial car changer. This year alone, I've had a Focus ST3, Golf 1.4 TSi GT Sport and a cooper S. Last year I had a Golf GTi Mark 5 which was a long serving 2 years for me.

I love cars and can grow out of love very fast if I find something negative that plays on my mind. The focus was really really thirsty, the Loud pedals fault. The golf GT Sport was nice and refined but lacked poke and the mini cooper S was nice but aged poorly.

I've decided I'm a VAG man for life. I think I'll stay with the Octavia for a while but the long term plan would be to but an Audi S3 either a sportback or 3 door.

Anyway, I went for a lovely blue 2.0 TFSI VRS. It's a car I've admired for a long time. I've got 60k on the clock on the 08 plate but the car looks, feels and drives like new. I have a feeling it's alot of motorway mileage.

I'm hoping to enjoy as much as I did the golf gti and I think I will considering they are from the same stables.

Anyway. Hello to you all. :D

Welcome - race blue vRS, good choice

Hey Dmcb

They're not too bad. The ST3 Focus was a terrible car for petrol. Drank like petrol was going out of fashion. The blue is a great colour. My fave to be honest. Reds are nice but a little understated whereas the blue shows the red strips on the bumper and the rear cluster lights nicely. Hope you get there one day. Lovely drive.
