My 3 month old yeti se+ has decided to not play the single cd player was fine playing one moment then I ejected then disk put another one in disk plays but no sound any ideas or is it a trip to the dealer to find out why everything else works fine

Is it just one particular CD that doesn't play, or every CD including any that have been good previously?

Worth checking basics before being fleeced by the dealer! Although at 3 month old it could be a warranty job.

I have had bad CD's that only play in certain players.

CD players of all types tend to fail completely rather than partially.

Might have to have a trip to dealer to.find out
