The Race of Champions is taking place in Dusseldorf this weekend and Skoda are the official rally car for the weekend which will see drivers from several different disciplines line up against each other in different cars.

The event will be shown live on Motors TV on Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime for those who have it.

If i won the lottery i would have a WRC fabia made for the road as they look awesome.

Good to see the little Fabs were just about the quickest thing round there... guess the short gearbox and nimble handling makes them ideal for that kind of track.

Looking forward to today's "Champion of Champions" event, 1pm same place!

will be recording it again, up till 2am last night, I need to go out today, on the bright side I can whizzzz thru the crappy adverts again.

SHMBO is working a late today, so after supper it will be remote in one hand, Budd in the other and a bag or two of crisps, what better an ending to a weekend could you ask for.

Gutted the final didn't go down to the fab's, would have been good to see them out one last time, popular car with the drivers as well.

Ogier was pretty impressive with the way he adapted to the different vehicles. The good news is that he will be driving the Fabia S2000 in WRC next year to keep himself sharp whilst also testing the Polo.

Great event as usual. Some great comments about the Fabia's.

Btw I didn't spot Schumacher in one.

Oh and any ideas why Rossi is never at this? He put on a good show against Leob in Monza.....speaking of Leob, no ROC for him this year, was that as a result of Ogier....
