and front end when ever i turn the wheel slightly with the left front wheel i can hear a ticking noise from wheel best way to discribe it is sounds like paper only started doing it since brakes were done.

Give us a clue what you drive (apparently nothing by your status)

Pure guess, ticking would be front CV joint.

Rear squealing, I suggest apply copper-based grease where brake-pad metal bits contact brake-pad housing. (Ensure no grease gets onto to brake-pad braking surface).

What car are we talkign about? If its a vRS then the reversing noise could be the dreaded Rear brake Moo.

I'd spend some time check everything over and if there is nothing obviously wrong with the brakes then thats probably the case. Only way i fixed mine was with the VW Kit, which is about £100 from the dealers but can be had for around the £35 mark if your lucky enough to catch one on Ebay
